PDBSearch

PDBSearch is a PyMOL plugin that enhance the search possibility of PDB files.[1]. You can do a text mining, i.e. "P53 HUMAN", and get the result displayed into a spreadsheet. A double-click on the line opens the structure in PyMOL window.
